1 General Provisions

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the fg88 platform:

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at fg88 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳28,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳37,500 in bets to withdraw the bonus (bonus amount × 25). The wagering calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.
• If it is found that the bonus system is being abused, fg88 reserves the right to cancel the bonus on the relevant account.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• fg88 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer.

5 VIP Program & Rewards

fg88's VIP program has four tiers, each offering different benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on a member's overall gaming activity. The opportunity to advance to a higher tier is open to all active members. Cashback is generally paid out every week and is added directly to the balance.

6 Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fg88 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers.
• Attempting to gain an advantage through any form of fraud, hacking, or dishonest means.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing or abusing other members.
• Using automated bots or scripts.

6.2 Account Suspension or Termination

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above, fg88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account without notice. In such cases, accumulated bonuses and betting winnings may be forfeited. However, fg88 will use its discretion regarding the return of the actual deposited amount.

7 Gaming Rules & Results

All games on the fg88 platform are operated using fair play technology and a Random Number Generator (RNG). Game results are entirely independent and not predetermined.

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or system outage, fg88 will follow the rule of returning the relevant bet amount. If there is a dispute over any game result, fg88's server logs will be considered the final evidence.

For sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, fg88 will return the bet amount in accordance with applicable rules or announce a new result. In such cases, the decision of the organising body (ICC, FIFA, etc.) is final.

8 Limitation of Liability

The fg88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. fg88 does not bear any liability for the following:

• Disruption to the gaming experience due to internet disconnection.
• Issues with the user's own device or software.
• Failure of third-party services (e.g., payment gateway delays).
• Any direct or indirect financial loss arising from gaming.

In any circumstances, fg88's maximum liability will be limited to the actual deposit amount made by the member in the relevant incident.
